Return Policy

  • Only products in new condition that have not been opened  (unbroken seals) and box is in original new condition. Products with broken seals or tampered with seals are considered used and are not eligible for return.
  • Modified box seals will consider the product used and void the refund process
  • Returns must be approved prior to returning the item.
  • All steps of the Return Process must be followed.
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of the customer's delivery date.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total purchase price (Price Paid - Restocking Fee = Refund Amount).
  • Products must be shipped in a separate shipping box or poly mailer bag; do not ship items in their original packaging alone.
  • Do not send a return prior to approval. (Follow Return Process).
  • Products that do not pass inspection will not be returned to customers and no refund will be issued.

 

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Email us your request with the reason for return.
  2. Eligibility Verification: We will reply to verify you are eligible.
  3. Packaging: Pack product in a separate shipping box or poly mailer bag.
  4. Shipping: Ship through USPS with Tracking Number.
  5. Provide Tracking: Email us the USPS Tracking Number.
  6. Inspection and Refund: We will inspect the product within 3 days of receipt. If all conditions are met, we will process the refund minus the restocking fee.
